Can I pay on the website?
No. There are no online payments on SmartMenuLB. Just text us and we arrange the monthly payment directly with you.
Do my guests need to install anything?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in their browser.
If I change a price, do I need a new QR code?
No. Your QR code never changes. Any update you make in the dashboard appears on the menu instantly.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee and no long-term contract. It is $50 per month for the Menu plan or $75 per month with WhatsApp ordering, and you can stop whenever you want.
Can you add my menu for me?
Yes. Send us your current menu or photos of it over WhatsApp and we will help you get it online.
